Follow this process if you believe:
1) Items or inventory from your SureDone account are not synchronizing correctly from Amazon and you have already created an amazon support case but aren't getting anywhere, OR
2) You want to delete and recreate listings from SureDone to Amazon
Step 1 - Export the desired SKUs from SureDone - follow this guide for help
Step 2 - End the items on Amazon through a bulk upload
To end in bulk, having a CSV with action:=end and guid, sku OR id (having a combination of two or more identifiers will result in an error and not update your product properly). An example of how it could look is as follows (be sure to skip all other channels except Amazon):
Step 3 - Delete them from Amazon seller central fully
