SureDone cannot create new values for these fields, they must be added to Bigcommerce and imported into SureDone.
- Orders are automatically imported every 30 minutes.
- SureDone does not update/edit orders that are modified after they are initially imported.
- SureDone does not send any order data back to Bigcommerce.
- This includes updates & comments.
- If an order comes through a second time (the orderID is already in SureDone) it will not override the previously imported order.
- SureDone imports orders with status Awaiting Fulfillment & Awaiting Shipment
