You can reset the login password for existing SureDone user using the below steps:
1) Go to SureDone login page - https://app.suredone.com/login
2) Click on the "Forgot Password?" option as indicated in the screenshot below.
3) Provide the email address for the user for whom the password needs to be reset and click on "Reset Password" as shown below.
4) You will now receive the email with the confirmation code as below.
5) Please enter the confirmation code received in the email as indicated in the screenshot below along-with your new password and hit "Change Password." Note that you can also opt to "Cancel Password Reset" here - in case you change your mind and don't want to reset the password.
