Valid and Acceptable Characters for a SKU

SureDone has few restrictions on what characters you use for your SKU, but please make sure to use the following which are valid and acceptable:

a-z
A-Z
0-9
Punctuation and Separators include - + _ / . ( ) : ; # | and space

Any other characters will be stripped from the SKU before uploading to a channel which may result in issues with other tools such as shipping and repricing software.

Note: Recently we had some users having "&" and "=" as one of the characters in the SKU field. In case you are creating new products in SureDone, requesting you to avoid using these characters as it may affect searching for these items in your SureDone account.
