Explanation and resolution:
This error is typically returned when the value of the returnprofileid header in your bulk edit or relist file is invalid, has been saved with incorrect formatting (e.g. scientific notation like 118342000000 / 1.18E+11), or when the selected return profile no longer exists in eBay's Business Policies section.
If you've recently made changes to your policies directly on eBay, refresh your profiles in SureDone so they sync correctly:
- Go to Settings -> Channels -> eBay Main Options (or, on the newer v3 channel connection settings screen, locate your eBay channel's connection settings).
- Find the Business Policies panel, which lists your Payment Profile, Returns Profile, and Shipping Profile fields.
- Click Refresh Profiles (shown as a blue Refresh button in older versions) to pull in the updated or newly added profiles from eBay.
Note: Depending on which SureDone UI version you're using (v2 or v3), the exact location of this panel may differ slightly. If you don't see it under Channels, check your eBay channel's dedicated settings page for the Business Policies section.
