Resolution:
Turn on Freight Shipping by going to Channels in the left sidebar (or clicking the gear icon next to eBay in the Dashboard's Channels widget), selecting eBay, then opening the Settings tab. Scroll down to the Shipping section, set Freight Shipping to On, and click Save Settings at the bottom of the page. Once you have enabled this feature, you can now list the item.
NOTE: Make sure that the item's weight and/or box weight is more than 150 lbs.
