If you see this error returned by eBay when you relist an item, you would need to double check and make sure the General Description (or eBay Custom Description depending on which one is typically used) wouldn't contain any unusual HTML code with a tag left open or any additional script for example, which is no longer allowed by eBay and you would need to edit or remove it and then resubmit the item to the channel.
