1. Login to your SureDone Account.
2. Navigate to Orders>All orders
3. Click on the truck icon (
) for the order that you want to fulfill as indicated in the screenshot below.
or click the Order ID and then +Add Shipment under Shipment Info
4. To generate tracking number using existing carrier - Check Create Label and select the Carrier, check Mark Order as Shipped and click Create Shipment as indicated in the screenshot below :
5. To add tracking number manually - Uncheck Create Label and add the Carrier and type in your Tracking number and click Create Shipment:
6. Press Update at the bottom right of the page - to complete the process.
