Is this error fixed?

ShortMessage:Item cannot be relisted.
LongMessage:This item was not relisted because the listing does not exist or is still active.
When trying "Retry Channel Relist" for an item that has never been live on eBay - you will get this error unless you turn RelistID to OFF in the settings. This is because it is trying a "true relist" and using the old eBayID (which doesn't exist) as the ParentID. You cannot do a true "relist" for an item that is still live or has never been live.
To list this item temporarily switch RelistID to "OFF" under Settings > Selling > eBay Options
