This type of error commonly occurs when eBay are not able to see the difference between your items. For example, if the items vary by color, and the color information is either missing or not being transmitted to eBay during the posting process, then this would trigger the above error. Without knowing that the items have different colors, eBay see them as being otherwise identical and to correct this, make sure that you are sending the information for the attribute that makes each child's guid different, whether it is color, size, or something else specific to the products before you re-submit them to the channel.
