Ebay’s File Exchange is used to export your entire inventory. You do have options to exclude or include items (example: active, sold, unsold products).

1. Click on Sign Up Now
2. Agree to the Terms by clicking on the appropriate button
3. You will come to the File Exchange Center. Please Click on "Create a Download Request"
4. Once you click on Create a Download Request, select "Active" from the Listings and recordsdropdown and fill out your email address if it isn't already. After clicking “Active”, please click on Save.
5. Lastly, a screen will be displayed with a message that the downloaded file was sent to your email address.
