Can I look up an order by eBay ID after it has sold?

Yes, you can search for an order by eBay ID after the item is sold. The first part of the order number in SureDone is the eBay ID.

Here's what to do:

go to the search bar on top and type in your eBay ID (example: 110098372208)
Select Orders from the drop down
Press Enter or click the Search Button

If this does not work, try searching the word "ebay" infront (no spaces) like ebay110098372208.

Note: This will not work on orders with multiple items in them, unfortunately at this time there is no way to search for those items by eBayID - you can however, still search them by Order # or SKU.
