2. Go to Settings > Channels, then expand eBay Options
3. Scroll down to the Condition Notes drop down field
4. Expand the Condition Notes drop down and select the custom user field you want to use as your condition notes field
5. Press the "Save Settings" button at the bottom of the page
7. Click the "Update" button at the bottom of the page
