If you notice certain changes for your item aren’t being reflected on its active eBay listing, go to the eBay section on Product Page and check to see if eBay Item ID (or eBay ID) and eBay SKU are both there. This is how it should look:
How to Force an eBay ID:
If your eBay section looks like the following and you have an active eBay listing tied to the item, you need to force the eBay ID in via bulk upload:
The way to input this is by doing a bulk upload where you have three columns “action=edit”, “sku” and “ebayid”. After putting the corresponding values under the last two columns, save your .csv and double check that none of your values turned into scientific notation. It would look similar to this:
Then go to Product > Bulk Uploads and choose your .csv. Then make sure you check off “Force” and any channels you want to skip and perform the upload:
After the upload is complete, the link to the listing should be in the eBay section on the Product Page.
How to Force an eBay SKU
If your eBay section looks like the following and you have an active eBay listing tied to the item, you need to force the eBay SKU in via bulk upload:
The steps to force are quite similar to that of forcing an eBay ID. The way to input this is by doing a bulk upload where you have three columns “action=edit”, “sku” and “ebaysku”. The eBay SKU should be the same as the SKU in SureDone. After inputting the SKU in the last two columns, save your .csv and double check that none of your values turned into scientific notation. It would look similar to this:
Then go to Product > Bulk Uploads and choose your .csv. Then make sure you check off “Force” and any channels you want to skip and perform the upload:
After the upload is complete, the eBay SKU should be in the eBay section on the Product Page.
