If you are having issues logging into your SureDone account and are seeing the below screenshot instead of your homepage upon logging in please follow the instructions that should help get passed this issue. Or if we've done an upgrade and information displays strangely on your screen, follow the below directions.
- First, click on https://app.suredone.com/logout and then try logging in again.
- If this doesn't work, close all SureDone windows in the browser.
- Then, in Chrome, go to Settings / Advanced Settings / Content Settings (under privacy) / All Cookies and Site Data. Search for "suredone" and click on "Remove All Shown". Click done and done.
- Then under privacy click "Clear browsing data", unclick "Cookies and other site and plugin data" and select "the beginning of time". Then "clear browsing data" and then revisit SureDone.
The above instructions can be applied for Mac and PC users using Chrome as their browser. Similar steps may be applied for other browsers. If you are still experiencing issues logging in after following these steps please log a ticket with support so we can help!
