Changing skus on a Channel to match the Suredone SKU/GUID

Problem:  You changed the sku/guid in Suredone but the skus don't match up with what is on your channels.

Explanation:  After you initially list an item to a channel, the sku for that channel, ebaysku, amznsku, etc. locks in as a fail safe.  the only way this can be modified is to disable the item on all channels and then "force" out the old channel skus

Please note that items active on eBay might need to be ended before you can change the ebaysku successfully. With Amazon, if you want to change the amznsku, you must first delete the old SKU value in Seller Central before submitting the edit to change the amznsku or else two duplicate items will exist within Seller Central. The following guide goes into more detail on that: https://support.suredone.com/support/solutions/articles/1000264999

Solution:

1. Disable the item across all the channels by going to Select Action on the product page and going to disable.

2.  Next, you must create a csv file with action=edit guid ebaysku , amznsku , etc. NOTE: Make sure you are forcing in the new identifier not the old one!

3.  Go to Product Bulk Uploads and 1. Choose the file  2.  Check Force AND Skip All Channels  3.  Click Upload   NOTE: force is the only way to change the specific channel sku, this is a fail safe because you can have very negative side effects if you change these skus in error.

4.  Go back to the item in the editor and click Retry Item
