Yes. Every conversation with Taska is shared with everyone on your account who can use chat. A conversation someone else started is marked as started by a teammate.
To delete a conversation, click the X next to it and confirm. It's removed for everyone, and deleting can't be undone.
Listing Plans are shared the same way: everyone who can view plans sees every plan, whoever created it.
