A channel rejected my listing from Taska. What now?

Taska tries to fix it for you. When a channel rejects a listing for something Taska can fix, such as missing item specifics, Taska updates the product and submits it again, up to two times. The plan shows Fixing listings while it does.

If the channel still rejects it:

  1. Open the plan, go to the Products tab, and expand the product.
  2. Read the channel's message. Taska also says what to do, for example add a value to the product, map a field the product already has, or let Taska fill it on the next run.
  3. Fix the product in SureDone, then create a new plan to submit it again.

You can also ask Taska in chat why a listing failed.

See "Automatic listing repairs in Taska".
