Why did Taska skip a product?

Open the plan and check two places.

The Not included tab lists products the plan left out of a channel, with the reason. This only happens when the plan includes Submit to channel. Common reasons:

  • No product images, which eBay requires.
  • No Amazon product identifier, such as a UPC, EAN, GTIN or ASIN.
  • No condition, when the channel requires one.
  • No eBay category, and Taska couldn't confidently find one.
  • The product is set to always skip that channel.

The Tasks tab shows tasks marked as skipped. A task is skipped when someone clicked Skip this task before the plan ran, or when credits ran out during the run and the product still needed a category picked.

Also check the plan's size. A plan covers up to 1,000 products. If your search matched more, the rest were left out.

To list a skipped product, fix it in SureDone, then create a new plan. See "Reviewing and running a Listing Plan in Taska".
