When your account has no credits left, chat and listing plans pause. You can't start a plan, and a plan that's already running stops using AI for the products it hasn't reached.
To keep going, open Taska AI, then Billing:
- Wait for your free monthly credits to renew on the 1st of the month.
- Top up on a paid AI plan. Top-up credits arrive within a moment.
- Choose or change your AI plan for a larger monthly allowance.
If you don't have the Manage AI billing permission, ask an account admin to add credits.
If your credit balance says "No credits · Connect a channel", connect an eBay, Amazon, Shopify or BigCommerce channel to get your free monthly credits.
Adding credits doesn't restart a plan that ran out. Create a new plan for the products it didn't finish.
