What you see in Taska depends on your AI permissions, which your account admin sets.
- No Taska AI menu at all: you have none of the AI permissions.
- A missing page: you don't have the permission for that page, such as View AI reporting for Reporting or Manage AI billing for Billing.
- No + New plan button, or Approve, Run and Undo don't work: you don't have Run AI listing plans.
Ask an account admin for access. See "Managing team access to Taska".
Two other things to check:
- The chat button isn't on the Products, Orders or Bulk pages yet. Use it from another page, or open Taska AI, then Chat.
- When your account is out of credits, chat and listing plans are paused. See "I'm out of Taska credits. What now?".
