You may have noticed with our recent patch ( https://www.suredone.com/product-updates/ ) that you are seeing the error code below:
This means that there were errors pushing to the channels. You can now find all of these errors in the new error logs section:
If there are errors awaiting your review this bell icon will be red.
Here is an example of what the new error logs screen looks like:
If you do not see the bell icon please log out of Suredone, clear your browser cache, close all of your browser tabs and open the browser back up and log back into Suredone.
