1. Log in to SureDone.
2. Go to Settings > Organization > Security (https://app.suredone.com/settings/organization/security). This page is only available to users with the Owner or Admin role.
3. Copy the Username.
4. Click the eye icon next to the Token field to reveal your token, then copy it.
Use these two values as your API credentials.
Only regenerate your token if you need to replace it, for example if it may have been exposed or someone who had it no longer should. Clicking Regenerate Token replaces it immediately, and every integration using the current token (such as ShipStation, ShipWorks, Zapier or a custom API connection) will stop working until you update it with the new token. This cannot be undone.
