AI Settings control what Taska may do on your account: the product searches you save as scopes, which kinds of listing work Taska is allowed to do, and your default channels. A change here applies to everyone on your account.
Open it from Taska AI, then Settings. You need the Manage AI settings permission to change these settings. Owners and Admins have it by default. See "Managing team access to Taska".
Saved product scopes for listing
A saved scope is a product search you use often, such as all new products from one brand. Saved scopes appear in the plan editor's What products? list with how many products each one matches, and Taska can suggest them when you ask for work in chat. You can save up to 10.
- Add a scope: click + Add scope, build the search with Guided options or Search text, choose its channels under Limit to channels, then click Save scope. It saves right away.
- Change a scope: click Edit on its row, make your changes, then click Save scope, or Cancel to keep it as it was.
- Delete a scope: click Delete on its row and confirm with Delete scope. Listing Plans already created with it aren't affected.
Under Limit to channels, leaving every channel unchecked means the scope covers all your channels. Choose Use my default channels to make the scope follow your default channels, described below.
See "Product scopes in Taska" for how to build a search and read the match count.
Listing tool categories
Each checkbox turns one kind of listing work on or off for the whole account. All of them are on until you change them.
When a category is off, the matching action in the plan editor is greyed out and marked "disabled in AI Settings", and Taska can't do that work in chat either.
- Content optimization: writing titles and descriptions. When it's off, plans can't use Optimize title or Optimize description.
- Category selection: finding the eBay category and Amazon product type. When it's off, plans can't use Map category.
- Specifics mapping: filling the item specifics each channel requires. When it's off, plans can't use Fill required specifics.
- Product data: filling product fields a channel requires from your account defaults, such as condition. When it's off, plans can't use Fill missing condition.
- Listing submission: publishing to your channels. When it's off, plans can't use Submit to channel, so new plans are Data only plans. A plan that still includes Submit to channel can't run until you turn this back on or skip its submit tasks. In chat, Taska can't run or undo plans, but you can still approve and run Data only plans from the plan's page.
Default channels to list
These are the channels you mostly work with, up to 10. They're added automatically to each new saved scope. A scope set to Use my default channels follows this list, so adding a channel here adds it to those scopes too. Leave it empty to use all channels.
Default channels don't stop Taska from using your other channels. You still choose the channels for each plan.
Saving your changes
Scopes save when you click Save scope. For the other settings, a bar appears at the bottom of the page saying "You have unsaved changes". Click Save settings to keep your changes, or Discard to undo them. If you try to leave the page with unsaved changes, SureDone asks you to confirm.
