Viewing all Listing Plans and run history in Taska

The All plans page lists every Listing Plan on your account, whoever created it, with its status, credits and channel results. Its Run history tab lists every time a plan ran.

Open it from Taska AI, then Listing, then All plans. You need the View AI listing plans permission to see it.

Tabs

  • All plans: every plan.
  • Drafts: plans waiting for review.
  • Ready: approved plans waiting to run.
  • Running: plans Taska is working on now.
  • Run history: each run of each plan. See below.

Find a plan

  • Search plans finds plans by name.
  • All statuses shows only plans with one status.
  • Any channel shows only plans for one channel.
  • Sort orders plans by when they were created or last edited.

The list shows 25 plans per page.

What each plan shows

  • Plan: the name, the product search it uses, and how many products it covers.
  • Channels: the channels it lists to.
  • Tasks: how many tasks it has. Once it starts running, this shows how many are done, for example 3 / 10.
  • Status: see below.
  • Credits: before the plan runs, an estimate such as "Est. ~120 credits". Once it starts running, the credits actually charged. Older runs from before credits were recorded show "Not recorded".
  • Channel results: for each channel, how many listings were confirmed, confirmed with warnings, rejected, or not verified, and how many tasks failed or were skipped.
  • Created or Updated: when the plan was created or last changed.
  • Open or View run: opens the plan.

What each status means

  • Draft: saved but not approved. You can still edit it.
  • Ready: approved and waiting to run.
  • Running: Taska is working through the tasks.
  • Run finished: every task ran. Check Channel results to see what each channel accepted.
  • Partial: the run finished, but some tasks didn't succeed.
  • Cancelled: cancelled before it ran. Nothing changed.
  • Undone: the plan's changes were reversed.
  • Undo failed: an undo didn't finish. Open the plan and click Try again.

Two labels can appear next to the status:

  • Fixing listings: Taska is automatically repairing listings a channel rejected. See "Automatic listing repairs in Taska".
  • Data only: the plan doesn't include Submit to channel, so it publishes nothing.

Automatic repairs don't appear as plans of their own. They show on the plan they belong to.

Run history

The Run history tab lists each run: when it ran, which plan, the result, and the credits it used. Automatic repairs appear as "Automatic fix for" the plan.

From here you can click Undo on a run that finished, or Try again on an undo that failed. See "Undoing a Listing Plan in Taska" before you undo.

If the list is empty

On a new account the list says you don't have any plans yet, with a button to create one. If you don't have the Run AI listing plans permission, you won't see that button, and plans your team creates will show up here as they're made.

See "Reviewing and running a Listing Plan in Taska" for what's on each plan's page.
