Automatic listing repairs in Taska

When a channel rejects a listing that a Listing Plan submitted, Taska tries to fix the product and submit it again, on its own, up to two times. You don't need to do anything while this happens.

When Taska repairs a listing

Repairs only happen on plans that include Submit to channel, and only for problems Taska can fix, such as missing item specifics. Taska reads the channel's rejection, updates the product in SureDone, and sends it to the channel again.

Each rejected listing gets up to two repair attempts.

What you see while Taska repairs

  • The plan shows a Fixing listings status, and a message that Taska is fixing the rejected listings. Refresh the page to see updates.
  • Each repaired product shows its latest channel result and the fields Taska changed to fix it. Click Show original rejection to see what the channel said the first time.
  • The Run history at the bottom of the plan lists each repair as "Automatic fix for" the plan.

Repairs stay part of the original plan. They don't appear as separate plans in All plans.

What repairs cost

Repairs use credits, like the rest of the plan. Once the plan has run, its credit breakdown shows them on their own line, Automatic repairs.

If you run out of credits, Taska can't repair listings, and the plan shows a message saying so. Add credits, then create a new plan for the products that still need fixing.

When a repair doesn't work

If the channel still rejects a listing after two attempts, Taska stops and the plan says so. Expand the product on the Products tab to see the channel's message. Fix the product in SureDone, then create a new plan to submit it again.

See "Reviewing and running a Listing Plan in Taska" for how to read channel results.
