Taska Home is the first page in the Taska AI menu. It shows what needs your attention, what Taska has done in the last 30 days, and a box where you can ask Taska anything.
The top of the page
Taska greets you by name and tells you whether anything needs your attention. Next to the greeting:
- Getting started reopens the first-run tour.
- Try the demo opens the Taska demo, where you can build, run and undo plans on a sample catalog without touching your real listings or credits.
- + New plan opens the plan editor. You only see it if you can run listing plans.
Credit and trial messages
A message appears near the top of Home when your credits or trial need attention:
- Free trial offer. If your account can start the 14-day Taska AI free trial, Home shows the offer and how many days are left to start it. Click Start free trial. If you close the offer, it comes back once when 7 or fewer days are left.
- Trial in progress. During a trial, a card shows how many days are left, with Start plan now, Change plan and Cancel trial.
- Credits running low. When less than 30% of your monthly credits are left, a warning appears. You can close it.
- Out of credits. When you have no credits left, a message stays on Home until credits are added. Chat and listing plans are paused until then.
If you don't manage AI billing, these messages ask you to contact an account admin instead.
Your results
Four numbers cover the last 30 days:
- Listings created: listings Taska sent to your channels. Each product on each channel counts once.
- Errors fixed: products where a listing attempt failed and a later attempt succeeded.
- Hours saved (est.): an estimate of about 6 minutes for each listing Taska sent or ended.
- Credits used: credits spent in the last 30 days. On a paid plan, it shows how much of your plan's monthly credits you have used.
Plans that don't publish (Data only plans) don't add to these numbers. On a new account they start at zero and fill in after your first plan runs.
Taska Pulse
Taska Pulse lists what needs your attention. Taska checks your account about every 15 minutes and shows up to six findings, of three kinds:
- Plans waiting for your review. A draft or Ready plan hasn't been touched for more than 2 hours. Nothing publishes until you approve and run it. Click Open plan to pick it up.
- Plans that look stuck running. A running plan stopped reporting progress. Taska retries these automatically. Click See plan to check on it.
- Actions that failed in the last 24 hours. Click Review failures to see Taska's activity in Reporting.
If nothing needs attention, Pulse says so.
Ask Taska
Type a question or request in the Ask Taska box, or click a suggested prompt. Suggestions are based on your account, for example listing your draft products to one of your channels, fixing eBay or Amazon validation errors, or finding listings that are out of stock. Each question opens a new conversation on the Chat page. See "Chatting with Taska".
Recent Activity
Recent Activity lists Taska's latest actions, each with its date and result. Click a row to see it in Reporting. It stays empty until Taska has done something on your account.
