Taska is already on for your account. To get started, take the short tour, get your account ready, then create your first plan or ask Taska to build one for you in chat.
Open Taska
Click Taska AI in the left menu. It opens Taska Home, which shows what needs your attention and has a box where you can ask Taska anything.
If you don't see Taska AI in the menu, or a page or button described here is missing, ask your account admin for access. See "Managing team access to Taska".
Take the tour
The first time you open a Taska page, a short tour opens. It introduces Taska and how plans work, then lists ways to start, such as connecting a channel, creating a listing plan, or asking Taska in chat. The list only shows what applies to you.
If you manage AI billing and your account has no paid AI plan, the tour also asks you to choose one. If your account can still start a Taska AI free trial, the tour offers the 14-day trial, and you can continue with the free monthly credits instead.
To see the tour again, click Getting started on Taska Home. You can leave it at any time with Skip tour.
Try Taska with sample data
Before you work on your own products, you can try Taska in the demo. It has a sample catalog and practice versions of sales channels, so you can build, run and undo plans without touching your real products, listings or credits.
Open it from Try the demo on Taska Home, or go straight to the Taska demo. Choose Follow the walkthrough for a short guided tour, or Explore on my own. Click Exit demo when you're done.
Get your account ready
- Connect a channel. Taska can only list to channels that are connected, enabled and authorized.
- Set a Default Condition if you sell on eBay or Amazon. Taska uses it to fill in products that have no condition. Go to Settings, then Products & Inventory, and find Default Condition under Listings.
- Review AI Settings (optional). Save the product searches you use often as scopes, and set your default channels. See "Taska AI Settings".
- Choose how to pay (account admins). Every account gets free monthly credits. You can also start a 14-day Taska AI free trial of a paid plan, or choose a plan. See "Taska billing and credits".
Create your first plan
There are two ways to start:
- Ask Taska. Type what you want in the Ask Taska box on Home, for example "List my newest products to eBay". Taska builds a plan and gives you a link to review it.
- Build it yourself. Click + New plan, choose the products, channels and actions, then click Save & review. See "Creating a Listing Plan in Taska".
Bring in your team
Everyone on your account shares one credit balance. Owners and Admins can use all of Taska. Other team members can view Taska and chat with it by default, and an admin decides who can run plans, change AI Settings and manage billing. See "Managing team access to Taska".
