Amazon Multi-Location Inventory (MLI) enables sellers to manage inventory across multiple fulfillment centers and warehouses within Amazon's fulfillment network. This feature allows precise control over inventory allocation across different physical locations, optimizing fulfillment speed and reducing shipping costs.
SureDone's Amazon MLI integration provides a flexible mapping system that connects your SureDone stock fields to specific Amazon fulfillment locations, enabling automated inventory synchronization and location-specific handling time configuration.
Business Impact
- Improved Fulfillment Speed: Place inventory closer to customers by distributing stock across multiple fulfillment centers
- Reduced Shipping Costs: Optimize shipping costs by fulfilling from the nearest location
- Better Inventory Visibility: Track inventory by specific fulfillment center locations
- Flexible Handling Time: Configure location-specific handling times based on warehouse capabilities
- Stock Segmentation: Maintain separate stock counts for different warehouses or fulfillment strategies
Management

Toggle the Enable Multi-Location Inventory Management setting to enable view of the Stock Fulfillment tab.

There you may configure mapping of each inventory field in SureDone to your Supply Sources within Amazon as well as map an optional field for per warehouse handling time. Supply Sources must be configured directly within Amazon Seller Central and these settings will auto refresh when access the Amazon settings interface within SureDone.
Note: mapping any Supply Source to total_stock will ignore all others.
Operation with MLI Enabled
The DEFAULT warehouse in Amazon is now set with inventory 0. This means that instead of sending the default total_stock with any set min/max stock buffers, the system will now send per warehouse quantities mapped from these settings.
When orders are imports with sync inventory enabled and an order item includes and specifies a fulfillmentSupplySourceId, SureDone will execute a product sold action request to decrement the specific inventory field associated and mapped to the fulfillmentSupplySourceId.
