Adding Columns to Main Page Issue
Can we eliminate the column options we do not use or add a search option to be able to find it quicker? We have things in there for etsy and other channels we do not use. Also can we sort this A-Z or a search option would be best.

Currently there is no way to delete unused core fields, though you can delete unused channels now which will remove those fields.
To do that head to Channels > {Channel Instance} > Settings > scroll to bottom and click "Delete {Channel}"
If the channel settings above are not in the new interface, please create a support ticket requesting removal of that channel.
