Searching within SureDone
Searching within SureDone is not user friendly from a customer service perspective. It is also a lot of typing for a customer service person and use of operators that would be more common to a software engineer. The ability to select fields you want to search within would be much more efficient for customer service and allow them to find the fields they need easily.
