ADMIN password reset

Good day;

As the ADMIN for my suredone account, I would like the ability to reset a user's password without having to go through the "forgot password" scenario. 

For example, I have a user who locks themselves out of Suredone. So I tell them to open the login page and choose FORGOT PASSWORD. 

My user then informs me that she lost the password to her email account, or she moved her email account or some other hiccup and there is now no way for me to get her back into Suredone. 

The workaround is to delete and then recreate her account with a different email address, but then I lose the account history.
