Not just lately, but pretty much since I started using suredone 4 years ago,the site is down a lot.  A few times a week.  Is this the norm with most users?  If so I propose suredone puts everything aside and focuses on strengthening the infrastructure. Because why does anything else matter if the website doesn't work?  Can this be a priority?
