Accessing Logs in SureDone

Logs UI can be accessed via the logs button in the sidebar.

Our Logs UI is a repository of logs of actions performed in the product editor, orders manager, bulk engine, and automations UI in the past 45 days.

Filter by channel (authorized in SureDone) and date range is displayed by defaults but users can choose to expand by the following list of filters:

  • action
  • channelId
  • context
  • id
  • identifier
  • instance
  • jobId
  • method
  • operation
  • result
  • retry
  • requestId
  • type

You will see a list of logs displayed according to your filter selection. You can customize this view by clicking on the settings icon at the top right corner and choosing the columns you would like displayed from the list of filters above. This implies that you can filter with multiple choices.

To expand a log, click on the arrow in the first column of the row. You can also click on the expand button to open the log in another tab.

When an action is performed in SureDone, we generate and link logs to the page where the action was performed. You can expand the logs as above and review all the data associated with them.
